Thank goodness for friends who know what they're doing! We purchased some pretty laminate flooring (Golden Select, Walnut Color) from Sam's Club and intended to put it in last weekend. We've never done but figured we could try. With a little help from one of our friends we've got it figured out. I think we may be able to do this again. The floor turned out lovely and I'd love to add some more in our home. It was a little more difficult than I planned on. If I do this again I will not get a box with multiple sizes of planks. Sounded like a fun idea, indeed it was not. Next time we'll plan for a little more time, and yes, I need to get Mr. Bailey a table saw...it's just one of those things you need to have if you're going to try DIY-ing.
All the littles helped, although I didn't snap pics of Tex or Cowgirl. We need a new camera...bad.
